Disc or Holy for 10man normal Lei Shen?

In my raid group there is a priest that alternate between disc and holy for many fights and i'm not completly sure if she know which is best all the time or she just does whatever she thinks is best. She's a good healer for sure, but the thing i'm wondering is if there's one spec that is much better for Lei Shen and that she should use this on the fight?

Depends what classes the other healers are. Disc is really nice for it though, absorbs help a ton on transition phases.

whichever you want to play -
i play disc and can take a static shock by myself - or allow someone else to take a static shock by themself with pain suppression and spirit shelling flash heal before it hits.
but you could use your guardian to do that as holy.

in general Disc is better for almost every fight except h-tortos. Holy can get close ish to disc sometimes but if I remember right at lest on normal that is not one of the fights.
