An area that WoW / Blizzard still does best compared to all MMO's - Raiding

I bitch a lot about what is wrong with WoW but I have to give them props on raiding, while it could be improved, there is not another company that even comes close. Blizzard is way way ahead in this regard.

I don't know.. Trion's raids in Rift were pretty damn good too, and didn't seem to have the proliferation of "personal responsibility" and "oneshot" mechanics that Blizzard seems to love. Outside of a handful of bosses it was more you win or lose as a group, Blizzard seems to love this "let's screw over guilds that don't have everyone at 110%" style of raid.
