How many days does it take get the last legendary quests done? I.e. From Epic cloak > Legendary one?

Do you have a chance to get Tier loot of ALL the 4 world bosses for the leg quest?

The final part of the legendary quest takes about an hour, maybe two.

Yes, all four celestial world bosses can drop tier (along with pvp gear) but they all share the same weekly loot lockout.

Yes. You have only one chance of loot per week no matter how many you kill.

Assuming you have the Epic and a bunch of people roaring to have a go on the Celestial bosses, you should have your Legendary about, oh, twenty minutes after the patch hits.
