4p survival : Explosive shot casts have a 40% chance to not consume a charge of Lock and Load.
The 4pc is just amazing for survival on average I am able to fire 4 -5 explosive shots in a row. I have been able to get up to 9 ES in a row! that's insane!
I have been using ToTH and it makes the focus very manageable and it makes the rotation smooth. I just now see myself spamming Explosive shot like a maniac.

Ive had everything from None to 21 extra ES. It not uncommon that you procc L&L, spam ES untill you get another L&L.
Ive had ES ticking for 285K on the raid target dummy. With 552 item level. Unbuffed.
