Steam asks your age and can presumably require verification, and it sells all sorts of horror/blood/murder etc games. I don't see why they have to be so scared about some anime boobs and minges as to just flat out not sell it, or to even censor the games with it in.

Probably because Horror/Blood/Murder games are a lot different than something that may contain pornographic imagery. The age verification on Steam doesn't really amount to much (same for most websites) because you can easily put the wrong year. There's one of the steam addon's that goes through and autofils January 1, 1955 on the age verification page because I got tired of filling them out instead of just going straight to the page. So Steam doesn't want to be held accountable if someone underage obtains material they shouldn't be since they could get in trouble over it.

Well, I'm not sure what you've done so far, but...

First, I clicked on the "x" to skip the tweet/facebook crap. Next, I hit the "Claim Free Copy" button, and did the CAPTCHA thing. From there I went to my IndieGala profile, and clicked on "Bundles Library", then "IndieGala Giveaways", then the bottom is "Cyborg Detonator". Clicking that game name will allow you to obtain your Steam key which you then paste within Steam and you've got your game. This may not be exact because I've already redeemed it, and some things I'm not allowed to recreate, but should be close enough that you can follow along.
