Resolve of Niuzao vs Steadfast Talisman of the Shado-Pan Assault

Im currently using the Talisman upgraded x2, and am still slightly unsure on if its worth spending the coins on the Resolve. Anyone around that can confirm which is more optimal.

Maybe I'm looking at them wrong, but they seem pretty similar to me, and the 535 is passively stronger. Honestly, if those were my only 2 choices, I'd be tempted to spend the 50k TC on some other slot first, something that isn't 522 + double-upgrade. If no such slot existed, then yes, I'd switch...eventually.
