cannot seem to find this title on wowhead.. could anyone tell me where you obtain it/how?

I'm not seeing anything about this title either, except on NPCs. Maybe it's like "the doctor" and only awarded for a realm first for something.

What title you get depends on what Klaxxi buff you pick up during the encounter. I randomly was clicking around on our kill and picked up the Bloodseeker.

Its pretty cool. It depends on what paragon mantle you take on in the fight.We killed it this week and I took on blood letting so my title was The Bloodseeker, persists through death and lasts an hour....although im not sure how i feel about beeing the bloodseeker
