Be able to stand it? Would there be a lot of whining and bitching? Yes. If they do announce an expansion will there be whining and bitching? Yes. Every time anything happens, or people feel something should happen, there will be bitching.

Well I wouldn't be happy at the long wait in SoO but I suppose I'd survive. Not like I'd have a lot of choice!

There are few things I will say 100% or 0% about.

There's a 0% chance of this happening. We've already got SoO, that means the clock is now ticking for getting next expansion out. If SoO lasts much longer than 7 months, subs will start dropping like a lead ballast.

Even if they are behind on production, they would just announce it and be all DNF with the release date.

not sure how i'd feel really, i can see my self unsubbing after next months fee comes out, after i kill garrosh i'd probs be done with 5.4. can't get any flex groups going on my server and don't need much gear from lfr.

would prefer to know what the next expansion will be though, can decide whether or not to finally hang up my wow boots or not sooner

I'd get a good chuckle at all the certainty people had before hand. Then some people would defend the delay with how it represented something great and good rather than just a delay.
