Hi,im seeing in armory that mages ops are going again to celerity and use the enchant of celerity in weapon,im testing and think that can be better celerity for the procs to use frostbolt and because multistrike is good bursting with icy veins but out of burst is a shit.DO u think celerity can be the better for pvp mages??

what is celerity?
Isnt that a monk ability?

Probably means haste? (celerity is quickly, rapidly, etc)
