    Another detrimental PvP bug

Mind numbing poison is supposed to be 25% on players
In arena's right now its doing 50% constantly without shiv
When a rogue shivs - im getting 100% slowed casting speed essentially giving me a 3.74 sec cyclone cast..

Shiv increases the effectiveness of poisons by 100%
Mind numbing is 25% on players
Shiv shud make it 50% but its making it 100%..

    Mind-numbing Poison
Coats your weapons with a Non-Lethal Poison that lasts for 1 hour. Each strike has a 50% chance of poisoning the enemy, clouding their mind and slowing their casting speed by 50% (25% on player targets) for 10 sec.

    Shiv Effect:
Increases the casting time of an enemy's next spellcast within 8 sec by 100%.

I have no idea where he got that idea that shiv doubles effects. It's never done that, it wasn't like that in beta, nowhere.

Paralytic shiv effect is a 4 second root, on the root DR (not short root DR).
Crippling shiv effect is a 70% snare crippling. I think it just uses the old crippling debuff, and it can be present alongside the lesser 50% snare debuff- the bigger one takes effect.
Leeching shiv effect is a small heal.
Mind Numbing shiv effect is exactly as wow said- 100% casting snare on the next cast. Protip: Press an instant.
