[Frost][Mage] Confusion about Tier Bonuses

Hi everyone,

I am confused about what tier bonuses to use as Frost and as other specs also, should I use 4 set from t15, 2 set from t15 and 2 set from tier 16, or go straight for 4 set from tier 16. Just confused as I don't know how good the tier bonuses are from t16.

For Frost: 2-set T15 works well with snapshotting and the only bonus worthwhile in T16 is the 2-set. If you have both, run both until you can get some off-pieces to replace your T15.
