Do we still use RoF on single in our rotation? Im just confused, I did read the thread.

Read the first page of destro guide. You use it under high haste situations plus all the normal conditions (target is stationary for 100% of duration, etc).

If the boss doesn't move, yes. If it moves often, no.

lets quote the whole thing:

• Burning Primal is now better (slightly) than Sinister Primal
• This is no longer true! (The optimal rotation involves only using Incinerate under Backdraft or Hero/Haste Procs. Fill with Fel Flame otherwise.)

anyway, havn´t read anything about RoF being better than incinerate without haste proccs (if the target takes 100% of it). even your incomplete quote doesn´t say that
