Veteran of the Horde / Grievous Combatant

Just had a quick question. I am currently 6 wins from getting Grievous Combatant and 23 wins away from 75 rated. I was wondering because I like the wolf more if I buy the wolf at 40 first instead of the horse then when I get the 75 wins do I get to choose the horse then or will I be stuck with a duplicate wolf I cant use?

40 wins current season = Grievous Combatant = Vicious Saddle = Wolf or Horse
75 wins = Veteran of the Horde title + Wolf = only wolf? or can choose horse?
