For me it's Fried chicken.. don't get me wrong grilled food is amazing. But some types of meat just isn't as good with the grilled taste

but chicken in the oven beats both..!

The transfats held in during the frying process generally cause fried chicken to have a better taste, but it is much worse for you. Grilled can actually end up tasting better depending on the cook, and how it was cooked.

Considering the only fried chicken I've ever had is KFC, I don't have a lot of perspective. Fried chicken just seems cheap and gross to me. Grilled chicken I've had some that's really well done and high quality, so I'd have to go with that.

Although if some great chef wanted me to taste test some gourmet fried chicken, I would not be opposed.

Fried chicken can be good, but I love grilled chicken. Absolute favourite.

You can use that oil to fry me up some french fries, though.

In all seriousness it is heavily dependent on how each is prepared. Generic fried chicken usually beats the shit out of generic grilled chicken but there are also some amazing grilled chicken preparations.

Grilled. The older I get the more I seem to lose my tolerance for greasy food. *shrugs*

Though if it is fried is say peanut oil or another *light* oil it can be good. Its not my preferred though.

I can't eat fried chicken with bones in it. Chewing on bones is kinda creepy to me. Much prefer grilled or roasted boneless chicken or turkey.
