    New GPU, screen tearing issues

So I just picked up an EVGA GTX 650Ti Boost (2G) last night, and I've noticed now when playing anything full screen (only full screen, borderless doesn't have this issue) I'm getting horizontal screen tearing despite Vsync being enabled. Any ideas what may cause this?
I'd never had this issue before with my old GTX 560ti so I'm assuming it could be something to do with setting on the GPU side but i'm not entirely sure.

Adaptive vsync used to cause me this problem in a lot of games on my 460. Try turning it off in the Nvidia control panel.

Which option is that under because I'm not seeing it, only a drop down menu for refresh rate which is set at 60

Sorry scratch that, realized it's under 3d settings for individual games.

Still getting the tearing, went through every option in the control panel. My Precision X software that came with the EVGA is set to 60 fps target. Vsync is on in the games. So I have no idea lol

That's probably your problem. FPS targets below 65ish and vsync don't mix. Turn off the target completely before using vsync. Using vsync makes targets pointless anyway since vsync locks FPS to your refresh rate.
