    askmrrobot.com suggests to gem the legendary gem with Crit+30%haste for pvp. Should i go with it or pvpgem/int+3%critdmg

    Meta is a proc effect and the normal meta is static. Also, legendary effects have a severely reduced effect due to the scaling.

    The proc chance and proc effect are reduced in pvp.
