There's a video somewhere on the internet, showing a Gnome fury warrior who tanked it with Armageddon as his main hand slot and Bulwark of Azzinoth as his shield, with every single buff that made him smaller. He was, according to the guy who posted it, 570% smaller than normal. He zoomed out all the way, IT WAS AMAZING! It was so awesome, a little ant fighting that colossus's giant foot!

Yes but he was an entire model. he was gigantic on Spine and he seemed to get even bigger in Madness. I believe he's one of the biggest bosses to-date.

If we aren't counting actual models, maybe whatever the giant skeleton in the waters of Dragonblight could have been the biggest creature.

Nope, he is north of Wyrmrest Temple, the other skeleton is south and in the water, haven't compared them but I think the one in the water may be even bigger.
