    Which Monitor?

Getting a new monitor for christmas, looking to spend 100-125$

    http://www.amazon.ca/ASUS-VE208T-20-...5706365&sr=1-2

Seems like an insane deal but I have no idea what makes a good monitor tbh, idk what black light even is compared.

Any suggestions? Im looking for Canadian based sites also.

Any comments on the 2 links? Or do you know a better one? Looking to buy by tomorrow. 20' minimum.

lol i own the hanns g one, thats an outstanding price for that, well i own this one but its close:

I paid 120 bucks for mine and its worked great for 2 years and 4 months, and calibration out of the box was almost perfect.

Of those two you linked i definitely suggest the hanns-g one, you definitely want to buy a 1920x1080 screen and not 1600x900 for various reasons.

Wait i see why its so cheap now, it does not come with a DVI cable. This isnt a huge deal because you may have one lying around and if you need to buy one they are not that expensive. Just explains why its so cheap.

Its not a big deal at all honestly, search newegg im sure they are like 10 bucks or less. Even adding 10 onto the price of that monitor its a decent deal.

Okay did just that, there are so many options with gold plated etc. what would you suggest? Just having my monitor go directly to my graphics card. And I also had an HDMI cord go to my tv from a card.

But yeah, anything special thats quicker etc you would suggest for this? Or just a standard cord.
