Not if you take into consideration how separated the two races already were by the time she was born (yes, I know she is literally thousands of years old). If this was the case, Azshara would have also had the accent, as would Malfurion, Illidan, and just about every single major night elf lore character who was around for the Sundering.

I am surprised that Queen Azshara is not in this poll, she is the most beautiful and seductive character in the whole Warcraft lore!

Pretty sure that lore has it Azshara is actually pretty homely looking and enhances her appearance through enchantments and telepathic manipulation.
