New laptop, need info

Hello,
I plan on buying a new laptop whenever i can.
Now, i came a cross a laptop that looks very good to me, an MSI GE70 which has a GTX 760m, a I7 4700QM, a 1tb hdd, and a 128GB SSD.
My current laptop, Pavillion DV7 with a 9600GT, ran World of Warcraft on ultra with about 35 FPS, but, will this new laptop be able to run World of Warcraft on Ultra, with decent FPS?

No, it's 1920 by 1080, but why is it then that my 6yr old is able to run wow on ultra with 35 fps.. even in raids it was still about 30 fps

I have very similar laptop, a bit weaker, and i play WoW on ultra 1920x1080 (with spell effect on medium but only becouse i dont like when spell effects cover everything) and i have 60fps all the time outside raids, and 30+ in 25m raids.
Dont listen to ppl who will tell you that you cant play wow ultra on laptop.
