What the hell!

I am beyond exalted now and never once have i seen these dailies pop up.. am i doing something wrong or is RNG just a b?

It's keeping me from getting both Loner and a Rebel and Proven Strength.

P.s. can i get friends and random people to add me to their server to pick up these dailies?
if so and it happens to appear on yours i would love you forever if you inv me #Notes#1755

Unfortunately no; even if you get CRZed you can only get the quests that appear on your server.
