    AMD CPU recommendation?

Hi, guys! I made a post a little while ago about bottleneck issues, but man have things changed since then...my motherboard completely fried and I've replaced it with the best I could on my non-existent budget.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813135318 This is the new motherboard. Yes, I know it sucks.
That said, I've come into some gift money for Christmas and would like to use it to upgrade my CPU.

    This is my current build:
AMD Athlon II X2 270 3.4 (dual core)
    8 gig RAM
    GeForce GT 430

I'm looking to make the most impactful CPU upgrade as I can within a 110 USD budget. My main use for the rig is gaming and photoshop.
These are the candidates I'm looking at:

    http://www.amazon.com/AMD-A8-3870K-G.../dp/B006J420UE

I would greatly appreciate any input you guys might have. Please don't suggest throwing the whole thing out the window or switching to an intel board. I am but a poor starving artist. Any other comparable suggestions on budget would also be appreciated!

Make sure your motherboard support am3+ cpu and buy the fx4300.

I dislike recommending people buying further into a halfway crippled setup, but the 4300 is probably your best bet.

Though, for the same price, you could probably get a new board and one of the new Haswell Celerons coming out soon. >.>

Thirding the 4300. Although it's usually about $10 more, if you can get a good deal on a 6300, it's more than worth it.

    I second this.

Just for a bit more money you can get a haswell pentium and motherboard:

This will play WoW much better than even the fx 6300. That being said if you play games like bf4 the 6300 is probably a better choice as there is evidence newer games are starting to take advantage of more CPU cores.

Either way do not bother with a fx 41xx series, 6300 is the choice to make if you are to stick with amd.

As stated before, I am not interested in switching to an Intel board. I will always be years behind the curve and I am ok with that. I'm perfectly happy with a stable 30 FPS. I am more familiar with AMD and am more or less committed to this build, as it were. I do understand the opinions and positions of those who disapprove of my choice, but it is what it is.
That said, I did look more into the 6300 and found one in my budget, however, I don't know if the retailer is reputable. Anyone have experience with www.superbiiz.com?
