Selling level 25 guilds?

Hey, I have a few questions, hoping someone knows where a good place would be to post about selling a level 25 guild. I posted on reddit, but I'm not sure where else. Also, back in Cata they used to go for like 200k or something, whats the going price now?

Post on your server forums on battle.net selling a guild for ingame gold does not go under ANY regulations blizzard has. Your selling an ingame thing for ingame gold, so feel free to post it on the official game forums, I never saw a few posts for guild buying / selling there.

And the prices are nowhere near that now, since guilds are easier to level up. a lvl 25 guild goes for like IF i recall correctly around 30-40k

Mostly seeing them being sold to 20-25k now.
It's so easy to lvl a guild now, compared to cataclysm, that it's not much worth. If you have something like all bank tabs, then it's of course pushing the price up, but you don't get 200k for a guild.
