I'd suggest going for 2x4GB sticks so that they can work in double channel, rest is pretty much good.
Fluorescent - Fluo - currently retired, playing other stuff

    i5-4670k @ 4.5 / Thermalright Silver Arrow Extreme / Gigabyte Z87X-D3H / 8GB DDR3-1600 RAM / Gigabyte GTX 760

Would this go in the motherboard? As that's a bargain for that speed of RAM.

EDIT: nvm, they're 1.65V native. Try these instead.

Just to clear something up, the first RAM you linked, they are rated to run @2400mhz with 1.65V, doesn't mean you HAVE TO. They can run 1.5v on lower clocks/worse timing. As for the OP, his MB only supports 1600MHz, so you should say it won't support faster RAM and they will run at 1600mhz.

So I put OP's build in PCPartPicker with newegg.ca prices:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

    CPU: Intel Core i3-4330 3.5GHz Dual-Core Processor ($150.98 @ Newegg Canada)
Motherboard: ASRock H81M-HDS Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($63.98 @ Newegg Canada)
    Memory: GeIL EVO Veloce Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($78.48 @ Newegg Canada)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($77.98 @ Newegg Canada)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 660 2GB Video Card ($199.98 @ Newegg Canada)
Power Supply: XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($89.98 @ Newegg Canada)
    Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 - OEM (64-bit) ($122.98 @ Newegg Canada)
    Total: $784.36
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

Went for faster CPU and added two stick RAM. For i3 16gigs sound like overkill, to me (if you were planing to add another 8gigs later for your build).
    PM me weird stuff :3
