Well my opinion is obviously opinion, so yeah. >.< But yeah not impressed based on the screenshots, might change my mind once I see my characters in game.

New model reminds me of the actress who plays Sansa Stark on GoT in these screenshots...

Oooh you are right she does look like Sansa haha. hmm Well only got a chance to log my own toon, before the server went down, so haven't played with the character customisation , will have a fiddle

I like it, but it is quite different, not sure on her lips. but over all I do like the new models, and they look better ingame than on the artcraft we saw imo.

Her mouth isnt fully closed, and her tattoos are off. I think it will look better when its a little touched up. Though she looks a little suprised.

Male: Dwarf, Gnome, Draenei, Orc, Undead and Tauren.

Female: Human, Dwarf, Night Elf, Gnome and Orc.

As far as I can see

Wow, I really didn't recall the DK skin options making you look undead. Just thought they were specific shades/tones. I really don't recall that at all when making my own Belf DK at least.
