Int vs Crit for atonement dps, what has more value?

Assuming 575+ gear level, what would give you a higher dps increase? 1 int or 2 crit.

Both stats are losing their relative weight with increasing the quantity. With 575 item level you are having very much intellect, so you will defenitely want a lot of crit before their values become 1int=2crit again. These stat values could be simulated, but I think 1int>2crit shouldn't occur this tier.

I believe crit will produce more damage and then mastery reforged from spirit/haste as a secondary

In terms of pure dps value:
2 haste (assuming you don't run out of mana because of it) > 2 crit > 1 int
