Seriously, do people get annoyed by everything theese days?
how about making dispels add buff prevention for 5 seconds if a buff is successfully dispelled
... Why?
Is there a good reason for this I'm not aware of? Some weird PvP thing maybe?
So people cant spam (annoy) them 24/7

Personal preference, meaby u like the hear the same 1 sec sound hours after hours, but i highly doubt it?
Bad idea to make the game more enjoyable? why do u think that?
There would be no bad consequences for adding a 10 sec CD to them, or if there is like u say plz tell me what it is!
Yeah, almost never ran across this happening enough to warrant aggravation. Still, they have a mana/energy cost for so many of them it would make sense to add a few second cooldown and just remove those.
Soothing Mist:"Healing them for a minor amount every 0.5 sec, until you take any other action."
Jade Serpent Statue: "The statue will also begin casting Soothing Mist on your target. healing for 50% as much as yours. "
[What's half of minor?]
"Statue casts Soothing Mist at a nearby ally for toddler healing."
tbh I thought when I read thread title it was about PvP and the spell steal blankets which seems like a real discussion but you're talking about what annoys you when afk so I'll pass
even in lfr they stop on boss pull . dont think its much of an issue
I tend to spam my BoM/BoK during raids while we're getting ready to pull, it's purely out of boredom though, to this day i've never had a single person complain about it.

I'm not sure if buffs are covered in this, but if not, just follow the model and figure out what the specific sound name is you're looking for, wowhead lists a lot of them now I think
Hope that helps!
