Buuuuttt Trials are back logged in azeroth and so Garrosh has to wait till his trial to take place, thats about 6 months...
But he gets bailed out of jail by the bronze time traveling dragon (probably a few weeks in). He fled the country to a different timeline. He gets away with this for 2 years... so i expect the expansion to be out in december of 2015.
This is the only logical sense... you can blame the flaws of the judiciary system.

I wonder how much gold bailing him out would have cost him, maybe thats how we buy the garrisons off of, he sold his house to bail garrosh out and lost it, we buy it for a reduced price by the government.

Maybe we will get to play with dog the bounty hunter
OR MAYBE WE ARE ON JOE SMOW AND THIS IS ALL A TRICK TV SHOW..
