Bio Break queue pause button please

You have exactly 38 seconds to accept, when queue pops..

How is that not enough for a bio break?

I don't know about you, but most people don't play Warcraft in the bathroom. Travel time + using the bathroom is longer than 38 seconds (or whatever the timer is).
