Installation trouble, Can't find help on diablo support forums

So with everyone talking about RoS, I have decided to give Diablo 3 another shot. I have not bought the game as I aquired it through annual pass. I have not bought RoS either, however I would like to play the original D3 again if possible and I can't seem to install the game as it gives me an error. BLZBNTAGT000008A4 code . I have clicked on it and done everything it has asked me too. Please help as I have no clue what else to do or maybe I'm overlooking something??

Did you googled the error? its seem like its a generic update problem with blizzard products and the bnet launcher, they suggest moving the installation folder, check windows rights in the folder, delete some bnet launcher files link and disabling peer to peer in the bnet launcher option.
