Verdict on Sephuz's Secret for Prot?

So for 2 weeks I can only wear one legendary, and I already have Prydaz for my neck slot. My thought is to keep wearing the neck, then add Sephuz when my order hall upgrade finishes...That said, I'm not all that sure the ring is BiS for us, however I don't do Raids (other than LFR) so I'll not get close to that iLevel for a long long time...

1> should I swap in the ring now?
2> Is it BiS once I can wear two?

Just looking for thoughts, not trying to get people to think /for/ me!

I would use the ring now, and add the neck when you open up the 2nd one. You can proc the ring's effect using Blinding Light on bosses, essentially giving you a mini bloodlust every 2 minutes.

The ring will also proc from Avengers Shield on trash, so it's amazing for dungeons.
