~50% CHC and +450% CHD.
As others have mentioned - it's pretty self explanatory. You take the upgrade you need and most people know that you very rarely choose between one or the other. If it can roll both, you scrap anything that doesn't have both - if it can only roll one, then there's no choice.

Doesn't apply to all classes, for example wizards it's very hard to balance it completely.

CC : 56% + 5% PPB + 5% Paragon + 5% base crit = 71%
ChD : 335% from gear + 130% from gem + 50% from paragon points + 50% base chd : 565%

For example on my own gear I got 501% ChD and 60% CC.

Could drop crit, but as I've tried in the past, it was always a net damage loss.
