Death Strike?

How is Death Strike used by Frost and Unholy DK's? Is it primarily a PvE or PvP ability?

Its not part of the rotation/priority list for frost or unholy in pve, some use it during times of unavoidable aoe damage for extra healing but thats about it.

for pvp i would say it plays are larger role as it will provide some self healing.

pretty much only for leveling/solo play with the glyph of dark succor.
otherwise it's pretty much useless.

Indeed. Only use it if you're about to die and you've used everything else available. Outside Dark Succor procs it's plain terrible for the rune cost.
