So Starsurge istant or not?
Hello everyone, as the title say, I can't find anything confirmed about this matter, do you have any news?Any reference?

In the latest build they added a perk that makes it instant: http://beta.wowdb.com/spells/157232-...ge#18322-18379
So at level 100 it should be, at level 90 it isn't.

Of course you can't find anything confirmed. It's all just testing right now, they haven't made a final decision yet.
