Best realm for level 70 exp locked PvP?

So, my experienced locked 70 twink has about 1.5 hour BG qs, on a daily basis. I'm on Turalyon, a pretty badly populated horde server.

Is there a specific BG group or server that has better Q times for a 70 twink?

Doesn't matter which BG you are on, since all bg's share the same queue since quite a while now (cata iirc). The only thing that defines your queue times is your faction.
