With the removal of Bind Elemental,I thought it would be cool if we could change hex to use the old Bind Elemental graphics:

Elemental Bind
3.5% of base mana 30 yd range
1.5 sec cast 45 sec cooldown

Requires Shaman
Requires level 75
Binds the enemy with elemental energies. While bond, the target cannot attack or cast spells. Any damage caused to the target will interrupt the effect. Lasts 1 min. Only one target can be bond at a time. Only works on Humanoids and Beasts.

Magical effect

So we trade the damage threshold and dispel class for the target to be immobilized, also having a cool looking spell.

They should make Earthgrab Totem baseline and replace it with a talent that makes Elemental Bind useful, like how Pallies fear was able to be used on players.

Elemental Bind can now be cast on Humanoids and Beasts but only lasts for 6 seconds.
