We do though. Going to change the title to reflect that.

Relevant bit from the linked article;
So SqEnix gets a bit of cash from MS to cushion the risks of development (early in the last Tomb Raider's lifespan there was some doubt that it would sell enough to be considered successful) and avoid going head-to-head with Uncharted 4 on PS4. Microsoft get to throw a bone to their fans who are likely a bit envious of their Playstation buddies playing uncharted and maybe get a few fence-sitters to their side (though I doubt early access to Lara has enough draw for much of that).Well, we have to wonder if it has anything to do with Uncharted 4. The game is rumored for holiday 2015 release, around the same time Rise of the Tomb Raider comes out. It would make sense for Square Enix to avoid Uncharted 4 as much as possible, and it appears the best way the company sees fit to do this is to focus on the Xbox One version of the game, and probably release the PlayStation 4 version at a later date.
PC gamers, erm, get to wait until a lot of the bugs are ironed out and may get some bundled DLC or something.
