    hes already the son of deathwing, a powerful dragon, wielder of ancient and powerful artifacts, has better body guards, and somehow has recieved a prophetic vision does he really need to have a higher title than anduin too?

    why should wrathion get to be king and anduin is stuck being prince? those types of lopsided titles is why you dont mix work with relationships
