valor quest for the cloak in Wod

So in WoD what will happen to the valor quest for the cloak? Removed.

if thats the case does this mean come Wod people wont be able to still work on there cloak quest

That means they have removed the valor quest from the chain, so it goes from sigils and chimera straight to the bgs and boss in krasarang.

prolly just gets removed and u get next quest from wrathion, doubt youll get stuck

They'll likely replace it with something else. Perhaps a minor gold sink instead.
