[WA2 String] Frozen Orb UPTIME

Hey folks,

is there any string or other addon which allows me to see the actual uptime of my frozen orb? Just so I know when to stop casting my ice lances to boost the buff of the T17 set. It's sometimes extremely hard to see when it vanishes and beyond this silly enough designed by Blizzard to have 10 seconds to fire your frost/frostfire bolts.

U could create a simple timer which starts when FO is cast and runs for 10 seconds.

Don't have a frost spec but just change the trigger to Frozen Orb and and the duration to whatever it is (Can't remember)
