Most worthwhile upgrade?

Hi all. Got the below and mindful it's all getting a bit old now (got the PC about 4/5 years ago) so wondering what the experts here reckon the best bang for my buck is upgrade-wise.

Having no problems with anything, mainly used for WoW and Dungeon Keeper...

Presently I'm not currently looking at anything in particular but would like to know where my money's best spent if.

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 860 @ 2.80GHz

Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GTS 240 running two monitors HDMI/DVI

Memory 8.2 GB

a cheap but smart graphic card decision... like in the range of 100 to 150 bucks.

You can opt for a SSD upgrade if you do not have one already as a system partition (where windows is installed) if you do not see the need for smoother gameplay or higher graphic fidelity in WOW (increased effects).

SSD will have the biggest impact how fast the system feels...

You won't notice a RAM upgrade and you can use the processor for the next 5 years propably.

You can buy a 260X and an 256 SSD for about 200$ for both, SSD will give you responsiveness and the PC will feel like new (Got to format though) and the 260X is miles better than the 240 so you will see improvement there too.
