So i saw this weapon when lvling my hunter and was wondering if it exists in the game as a drop or if it is one of those npc only model.

No. It's one of the unused Bastion of Twilight models.

Not attainable by players, sadly. There are a lot of weapons like this. One day I'll post a compilation, seeing what others would want to see added.
