elemental opening

I'd love some opening advise.

I usually start with Unleashed elements > Fire ele + pre pot > cast elemental blast (it usually hits exactly at the same time as the tank pulls the boss) FS > LB > Ascendance > LB

is this the correct way to do it?

Do we use Unleashed elements furthermore in the fight, or only when we need to move, and can't cast anything?

Ele blast is the weakest of all the talents, so, I'd remove that to begin with. Unleash should only be recast if you've specced Unleashed Fury. Otherwise opener is sound.

Say we're going off a 10 second pull timer;
3 Seconds Left - Fire Ele (unless storm ele than use that on an opener with lust + searing totem)
2 Seconds Left - Prepot + Lightning Bolt
Unleash + Flameshock
LvB -> Asc LvB Spam

That being said you get a better opener out of letting your Unleash cast right after your lightning bolt is in the air, allowing most of your uptime with LvB spam in asc (Esp if you're spec'd UF > EB)
