Most keto diets allow for net carbs, so eat some high fiber veggies like broccoli.
I concur with broccoli. Psyllium husk is a good option as well as most of the carbs are fiber from what I recall. My only suggestion is that if you put it in a drink, make sure you drink it fast as it thickens the water considerably over time.
Nice tip, thank you. I usually add brocolly in a special cream soup

Keto is a good way for weight loss. I used it in past too. But now I decided to try coolsculpting because I heard many good reviews about this procedure from customers.
I have heard a lot about this keto diet. But I am not sure does this one work or not? I would like to give a try for it.
It does work. Hell, the time period I've lost the most amount of weight in the shortest amount of time without feeling like shit (talking literal multiple kilograms a week here, but it was with lifting + running 5k's on offdays, only one pure rest day), was when my diet was really close to keto. It wasn't completely carb free, but I did avoid carbs like a plague.

I have tried keto diet and it made me miserable, angry and I lost some hair.
Keto diet CAN work, however it is VERY dangerous. It is also MORE dangerous the more unfit/fat you are.
You shouldn't do it without being monitored by your doctor, with frequent blood tests for liver and monitoring of hydration.
Challenge Mode : Play WoW like my disability has me play:
You will need two people, Brian MUST use the mouse for movement/looking and John MUST use the keyboard for casting, attacking, healing etc.
Briand and John share the same goal, same intentions - but they can't talk to each other, however they can react to each other's in game activities.
Now see how far Brian and John get in WoW.
In the age when everyone should cut down on meat consumption I find it disgusting that so many go for diet that increases the amount of meat you eat. But hey, enjoy your short term weight loss that will more than likely come back the moment you try to go towards normal diet and the added bonus of cancer in the ass.
oh hey, this just in, you CAN be a keto vegan. https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/vegan-keto-diet (and as lacto/ovo vegetarian its even easier)
now, I'm personaly not a fan of Keto as i find it to be too restrictive, not particularly balanced and eating that much fat would absolutely devastate my already weak microbiota (not diet related though I am preventing it from getting worse WITH a specialized diet). it also can make you feel terrible. and I do agree that for vast majority of people its unsustainable, both in terms of long term eating patterns and maintaining weight loss.
however, the only specialized diet type that requires that a person eats copious amounts of meat - is carnivore. Keto just means you eat low carb/high fat and moderate protein. guess what - tofu, seitan, tempeh - are all keto friendly. plenty of plant based fats out there as well.
I've seen many people trying it, to achieve fitness goals without doing any exercise. A lot of people get success while doing it correctly and following an advice from specialist.
Its essence is that you exclude all carbohydrates from the diet: bread, pasta, potatoes, fruits, honey, sugar. In fact, when the body stops receiving them, it begins to waste them from the fat that we have in the body, and not from muscle tissue.
The first week was easy and unusual, but then the body gave some kind of slight failure: there was no fatigue as such, but some kind of discomfort was felt. For 2 weeks it took about 5 kg, but I decided to stop there.
conclusion - after all, it is not in vain that they recommend consulting with specialists, and not self-medicating. You yourself will understand whether this or that diet suits you and what should be excluded from the diet.
It works great for me just gotta chug alot of water to make sure your kidneys don't get too angry at me.
Gone from 227 1/1/20 to 185 today with a combination of a more labor intensive job along with keto the last 4 months or so.
Just gotta take a couple days off every so often if I hit a 10 day plateau, seems to really quicken things
