I think Tellmewhen supports ID/Name tracking no? (Sorry I've never actually used it over other aura addons.) If it does the buff from this trinket is found here: http://www.wowhead.com/spell=157136/...osophers-stone Which tells you that it's buff ID is 157136 and the proc name is 'Draenic Philosopher's Stone'
