Time...line? Time isn't made out of lines. It is made out of circles. That is why clocks are round. ~ Caboose

My friend has been picking Uther in hero league, and I am trying to take Nazeebo whenever I can, and the Stun + Spirit together is usually enough to drop 2-3 people by that time it's 5vs whatever remains turning almost all fights into our advantage
I am liking this!
It's not an AoE so that means you don't really know what you're talking about. It stops as soon as it hits a hero so it can never hit more than one person, it just goes through minions. The spear is better than Windfury for mobility, as long as you hit the Spear you will always get into melee range, the same cannot be said for Windfury. A stun also has way more utility than a root, even if it lasts shorter. The trait of Sonya also gives 10% movement speed pretty much all the time when you're fighting. Also, level 20 he gets Bolt but before that all he has is WF. Sonya gets Leap at 10, and I'd say Hardened Shield is better than Bolt anyway, especially on Sonya.
Mosh Pit is super overrated I'd say. People somehow think that ETC is only good because you can wombo off Mosh Pit. On many maps and in many comps it's probably not even wise to take it over Stage Dive, soloQ or not. ETC does good damage once he has his level 4 and 7 talents, is quite mobile, very tanky and has good sustain, and has so much disruption which is great in general. If you land an insane Mosh Pit that's great, but his base kit is already strong enough to make him one of the best if not the best tank for soloQ as well.
Mosh Pit is brutal on tight maps like Hollow and Mines. Much less so on the other, more open maps, especially worthless on BhB
On those other maps I'll go another tank or take Stage Dive on DShire/Temple. But on Hollow and Mines, where there are lots of really narrow fights over the objectives, Mosh Pit is awesome.

I'm just going to say say that specialists seem to be the best heroes at carrying. My highest success rate is on Zagara and Nazeebo, and my friend's is on Azmodan and Sgt. Hammer.
We've carried so many games with Zagara and Azmodan, it's awesome.
I sometimes feel like I carry games as Illidan. Being able to 1v2 with him isn't rare considering his amazing kit of dmg, tank, and stupid mobility. I am legit surprised he has yet been tuned.
That might be because he is not that easy to play for new comers. For a lot of people, deciding when to dive in and when to escape is just a reflex to them, while others just dive 1v5 while their team mates fall behind, or chase for too long and get snowballed bad.
I have seen many illidans played badly, and I have played him just as bad to level 9. I only fully understood how strong he is at level 10.
It's unbeliveable the difference between a capeable illidan and a new/recent illidan.
Illidan was fine tbh, it's just that the nerfs to some other heroes makes him a lot stronger in the meta than he used to be. Also, the CC immunity on his W/Q need to go, that's all that needs to be tuned really if you ask me. He's still a high risk high reward hero, and he can definitely be countered.
Typically builds with high lane pressure. Mind you, these games aren't ranked only QM's but still it's pretty fun carrying games when you're split-pushing as they struggle to decide whether they should engage in team fights, defend the lane against me or other specialists or defend against mercenary's.

I feel a bit saddened seeing Sonya being bashed. She's free this week and so I played her until level 4 like I do all the free rotation heroes. She felt really powerful and I won the majority of my games. Plus you could set up her Wrath of the Berserker to stay up almost indefinitely. Which is why I already bought her.
