I think the only movie I've watched all the way through that was in another language, was Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. First time through, full Mandarin and I can't speak or understand any of it. Second time was with subtitles. Third was redubbed. The first time through, native language with no subtitles was by far the best experience!
La vita è bella (Life is Beautiful)
Oldboy
City of God

Ong-bak (Thailand)
Nebesnyy sud (Russia) - not exactly a movie, a 4 episode show. Only the first season is good though.
Le gendarme de Saint-Tropez (France) all the movies in this series.
Age of Uprising: The Legend of Michael Kohlhaas
Troll Hunter

I can't believe no one has said Chocolat yet. Come on.
Although I guess artsy French chick flicks may not be in this forum's wheelhouse.
Edit: I saw this movie in French. It had American actors in it, and was made by Americans (?). I don't know if it counts.

Also, I have to add Hero. I love this movie, I think it's Jet Li's best even if it comes off as Chinese propoganda at the end.
Only 2 non anime movies I can think of are:
Battle Royale and Pan's Labyrinth
The only other non-english movies I can think of that I watched are crappy french movies from when I was in school (stupid Quebec)

The Big Boss
Pan's Labyrinth
Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon
Persepolis
Did I just have a bad day when I watch Pan's Labyrinth? I did not like that movie at all, but it seems to be on half of the lists here.
On a side note, I need to go back and re-watch a lot of these movies people have listed, as it has been a long time since I have seen them.
I should also add, that a lot of the 'Westernized' Japanese movies, like The Ring and Seven Samurai, I would never have watched the original, had it not been for the remakes. So, in a sense, it is a good thing that directors saw fit to remake them, to shine a light on the originals.
