    [Anime] Your favorite fight?

    If you could choose one anime fight what would it be?

    Here's mine


    I choose this one because visually it makes my tears rainbows and as well it doesn't seem one person has an edge over the other. In most animes i've seen one person has an edge over the other but this one does not.

    Eww hate that movie . RUINED the awesome ending of the series for me.

    My favourite anime fight is from Madoka though, but it's the epic Sayaka Vs Elsa Maria

    A very close second is from Last Exile (most underrated Anime of ALL TIME) the phenominally beautiful, almost balletic Lucciola Vs Cicada.

    Just going to dump a strong scene each from a few anime that have great fight scenes:
    Gintoki vs. Jirocho (Gintama)
    Mugen vs. Jin (Samurai Champloo)
    Shichika vs Emonzaemon (Katanagari)
    Gon vs Hisoka (Hunter X Hunter 2011)

    Also some unlimited budget fests from the Fate series (since it made people squee a little last season and all):
    Shirou + Saber + Tohsaka vs. Caster + Master (Stay Night 2014)
    Kiritsugu vs Kotomine (Zero)

    It's too obvious, but Goku vs. Frieza. To me, the series peaked there. The fight really demonstrated the nature of both characters in their actions throughout.

    I have fond memories of the Kira vs Athrun fight on the island from Gundam Seed. Nothing like two close friends fighting to the death. Another one I liked was Majin Vegeta vs Goku. It was a fight that was bound to happen at one point.

    The only one off hand I can think of is this one



    Skip to 7:30 about.

    I know SAO is frowned upon for some people but hey, it's during the first arc which seems to be liked! And it might not be as heavy action packed as most fights, but I did enjoy the emotion behind it, and the slight twist on the whole "Saw loved one died, ended up killing villain anyway" nonsense, instead of becoming ridiculously powered up with rage, just overcame it with will.


    Although the sadism in the fight at the end of the 2nd arc was quite amazing too.

    Good choice though, Kenpachi never fails to impress in his fights.
