I'm a little wary opf the single RAM Module, but that's relatively easy to fix.
I think you're paying a little premium on the parts (~€50, at a rough guess) and the cooler is really weak for overclocking. It depends on where you are in the Eurozone.
It really depends how are prices over there. In Greece next to you, all those parts you listed if i were to buy them myself and build it, it would cost 100euro more....
Lately prices have skyrocketed, like an i5 4690k would be around 220euro now they go 260-280euro. That is at least in 3-4countries i have checked.
All in all seems a very good price to me. What i'd do like tenangrychickens said is get 2x4gb unless you plan to get the other 8gb really soon, get a better cpu cooler like the coolermaster evo or Be Quiet!Pure rock and a slightly better case like Corsair 200R depends on prices.
Yeah either way i search its comes pretty much the same. If you go by one shop you will pay ok prices at a couple parts and expensive on others. If you go by the web based cheaper ones part by part you will pay shipping prices for each one individualy which will end up pretty much the same. Bottom line as i mentioned it looks like a good deal for the price and you will avoid the hassle. If you could change a couple parts, the one i mentioned and stay sub 1k you are golden. Performance wise you will be satisfied on all blizz titles.
I don't know your exact budget or how much are you willing to spend. But the following list will give you a rough idea of what would be ok and should be around 1k euro normally:
(you don't need 16gb of ram for gaming, i would rather get a 250/256gb ssd, cause 128gb fills up in no time).
