TL;DR: New Water type move for Pikachu (know as Splash Surf in Japanese) which has a chance of paralyzing and a new fire type move for Eevee called Flare Burn with a 100% chance to burn.

Also, Eevee and Pikachu will call upon items to or Pokemon to help you use HMs
